Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member and captain of the 2012's Fierce Five, in addition to the team captain for the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman won three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought her bronze on balance beam. In 2012 she was one of the few American athlete to achieve the highest number of medals during the Olympics. Gold medals she took home at the Olympics in 2016 was her second gold in a row for the US team. This made her, along with teammate Gabby the first Americans to accomplish this feat. Additionally, she won silver in individual all around as well as for floor exercise. After the second Olympics the gymnast took three years off from gymnastics. Additionally she was part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics teams. She began her gymnastics training at the age of 2 and enjoys floor exercise. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing a career as a designer. She hopes to pursue expanding her trademark collection of leotards. Fierce is due to be released later this summer.
